Can’t help but think a @BYUMBB crowd versus a Gonzaga crowd would have blown the roof off this building tonight.
But instead, I’m watching a Texas win and a High Point student section go crazy.
@BYUSportsNation Take it game by game. This team plays best when they are focused on what’s in front of them versus looking ahead. STACK THOSE WINS and Welcome to Portland! The MARCH starts here!
Jimmer Fredette on the national broadcast of BYU's game:
"It's something where me being synonymous with this school means something more to me than just basketball.
"I'm part of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and that's being a good person and trying to be someone who's a follower of Christ and bringing people to Christ and being a good example. That's something that's important to me and that's something that this institution is definitely all about.
"I do the best I can and try to treat people the right way and give this institution a good name when I go out on the road and play against all these different people and in all these different countries. It means more than basketball to me."
I know Jesus Christ lives. I know He’s our Savior and Redeemer.
What a wonderful thing it is to be called as an Apostle of Jesus Christ and witness of Him.
