@Mrdomwright@TrooliFibre Total ignorance and shocking customer service is 10/10 from @TrooliFibre. Pay for top speeds and get constant glitches . Wouldn’t recommend to a snail 🐌 they’d be faster
@TrooliFibre It would be great if you could actually use the WiFi constantly instead I have to turn it off on my phone and use my data. I’ve put a complaint in but heard nothing at all. I’ve been fighting to get an actual proper constant service for over 6/7 months now😡
@Jeremy_Clyne@Carpetright@CarpetrightHelp I eventually got a full refund. I called the customer service phone line but pressed for sales as couldn’t. Get through on other options. They contacted the store for me 🤷🏼♀️as store wouldn’t answer me. Store then called to say refund had been issued but I was unaware 😡

@Carpetright@CarpetrightHelp I’d appreciate a reply about my refund that I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for and being completely ignored by store and now customer services. Totally disgusting customer service. Firstly blamed on your cyber attack but what’s the excuse now🤷🏼♀️
@Carpetright Well I’ve tried to call the customer service team to get a recording saying the office is now closed and reopening at 9:30am. What an utter shambles 🤦🏼♀️😡
@childcareedexpo can you help with travel arrangements for Saturday as there seems to be a strike on trains. I’ve tried to get a ticket and can’t. Coming from tonbridge to Olympia 🤷🏼♀️
