@Jeremy_Clyne @Carpetright @CarpetrightHelp I eventually got a full refund. I called the customer service phone line but pressed for sales as couldn’t. Get through on other options. They contacted the store for me 🤷🏼‍♀️as store wouldn’t answer me. Store then called to say refund had been issued but I was unaware 😡

@Carpetright @CarpetrightHelp I’d appreciate a reply about my refund that I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for and being completely ignored by store and now customer services. Totally disgusting customer service. Firstly blamed on your cyber attack but what’s the excuse now🤷🏼‍♀️
