@FMEEvangelist Always struggle to generate hexagons for binning. Great add-on. Will come in handy visaulising small area statistics and aggregating datasets with consistent geographies.

@soupdougiedoug @TheConranShop Oh got an email saying there was an issue with their system (apparently) which meant we could buy items that weren't in stock. Doesn't change the fact that at the point they issued the refund the item was back in stock on their website. @TheConranShop why don't you honor this?

@iancoady @iancoady also had to solve this many times for client systems. They don't get it (and why should they?), its a complex issue and made worse by legacy systems, geopolitics and lack of single source of truth (i've seen many official gov pages that all differ!).
