@jeff_gluck @Jordan_Bianchi While I don't think that the drivers should have to live in a bubble, they are responsible for the risks when partaking in risky activities. I agree with @Jordan_Bianchi. NASCAR should not issue a waiver for instances like this. They will, but IMO they shouldn't.
