@britishairways @HeathrowAirport BA or British Airways Customer Services are inept, poorly trained, in-empathetic. Flew from Nice, France to LHR. All 4 families bags lost. We are in a hotel with no clothes, toiletries etc. they’ve blamed us, and said they don’t work at weekend

I am hoping the news in @CARmagazine and @autocar are not correct. They quote sources that @McLarenF1 and @McLarenAuto has been sold to @AudiOfficial. If this is the case, this great British team will become just another brand in @VWGroup. @MBrundleF1 @SpannersReady @ZBrownCEO
