@CeXSupport what's the minimum battery health on a laptop, just spent morning at the Crawley store to be told my 4 year old laptop, didn't pass there tests because battery health was to low, then when I challenged it the supervisor got quite rude.

@CeXSupport I was told because it drains in under 2 hrs they couldn't but it, but I did try to explain that it was a gaming laptop and it's plugged in most of time to get the best out of it

@JustEatUK @slimchickensuk ordered a meal this evening which was not delivered, tried for an HR to resolve, spoke to live chat, to partner support and the very unhelpful store manager at your Crawley shop (Asham). Food wasn't delivered, but was marked as delivered

Without my consent, it's now nearly 2hrs since I ordered with no food and have to wait 7 days for a partial refund. You should be ashamed to treat customers this way. I've now gotta to try and sort out another way to get food. Awful way to treat the people

Tried to sort out but was kicked out of restaurant, even though Holly at partner support had confirmed it had been marked as delivered on a bypass and not my address, tried to get store manager to help but he was rude and would not listen, he even marked missing items on my phone
