@benonwine I wonder what will happen to all the employees who have to use a VPN to access their employers' networks when working away from the office on grounds of security. If they say "I am not having a digital ID" then they can't work so can they be sacked?
@BasilTheGreat The problem is they don't understand technology sufficiently to realise what can't work. All you would do is use an overseas VPN that doesn't enforce needing an id. Your isp can detect you are using a VPN but not whether you entered an id to use it
@KemiBadenoch@Conservatives Brilliant. Thank you for confirming. One day you might even be able to reward parents who remove a bit of the burden on the state and actually subsidise private education like many countries do. One for later I guess...
@annaturley "The rest of you" should be delighted we are not relying on the state. Many countries subsidise private schooling to encourage more people to use them, thus leaving the state with more money to spend on those who use state schools to help make them better.
@DavidLammy Presumably that is why you are as thick as you are and had you gone to a decent school you might say fewer things that people laugh at you for.
@Grouchmonkey@cjsnowdon Madri is English made in Tadcaster - rumour is the old Carling recipe. I think they employed someone at the brewery who once went to Spain so they could claim some legitimacy. The hilarious thing is that the Aldi rip-off of Madri, called Grande, is a genuine Spanish brewed lager.
