@tmgrace@longjumpfund I had missed but was excited to see @eatevergreen in the portfolio. I know Emily from Tock days and the family are also happy customers
@mikeveerman@nurijanian As to what their specific motivations are, I don’t know. I imagine it feels genuinely good to give back what you’ve learned. There’s clearly demand for it. It probably helps the ego too. And, as much as I love the discipline, don’t blame someone if they want to escape the grind
@mikeveerman@nurijanian I assume the kinds of “famous product folks” from the OP are not moving out of PM roles because they’re locked out of advancement in the discipline. They’re presumably aware they could find another org that allows them to hone the craft and could find an opportunity
@mikeveerman@nurijanian No. Product management is a deep discipline that you could spend a career perfecting. As is managing and leading other PMs. Good product organizations recognize this and offer lots of room for advancement along both those paths. Thus, for some, this is a career-long pursuit
@nurijanian It would be incredibly challenging to be both a full-time PM at the top of their game and be a product "luminary" on Twitter that's consistently producing content. I'd be a little suspicious of someone claiming both
@matt_levine Christmas is coming up and I'm thinking about what to get you. Just want to make sure you don't already have one of these in your closet! https://t.co/jmLufL66QG
@onemedical will you be adding more availability for Pfizer covalent boosters in the Chicago area soon? I haven’t seen any future appointments offered while looking over the last week
@shreyas do you have resources on the unique aspects of product development leveraging AI/ML (as compared to more typical software product dev) you'd recommend? Follows, blogs, courses, etc, anything welcome
@lennysan I enjoyed your recent interview with @ryanjsalva on AI product development. Do either of you have resources on the unique aspects of AI/ML product development (as compared to more typical software product dev) you'd recommend? Follows, blogs, courses, etc, all welcome
