شهروند ۱۹ ساله‌ی اهل #سبزوار و ساکن #کرج است که در تاریخ ۱۲ دی ۱۴۰۴ در‌جریان اعتراضات در کرج بازداشت می‌شود
و در تاریخ ۱ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۵ تحت وثیقه‌ی ۵/۵ میلیاردی از زندان آزاد می‌شود.

شعبه‌ی ۲۹ مجتمع قضایی مفتح شهر زیبا، با احضارش به او «به صورت شفاهی» اعلام کرد که به ۵سال حبس محکوم شده است به اتهام اخلال در نظم و امنیت و آسیب به اموال عمومی.

حتی دادنامه‌ای به وی تحویل نداده‌اند که در محل بخواند.
نمی‌دانیم چه اتهاماتی دقیقا متوجه او بوده و هر کدام چه میزان حکم گرفته.
نگذاشته‌اند وکیلی به همراه داشته باشد تا لااقل او پیگیری کند.

سیستم قضایی از ناآگاهی شهروندان نسبت به حقوق خود آنچنان سوءاستفاده می‌کند که گویی گردنه‌بگیری دشمن خود را تنها گیر آورده است.
