Youโre probably not actually eating that much. You gotta eat 4 real meals every day. Eggs and rice, ground beef and more rice, chicken and vegetables, more meat / protein and carbs. Put a spoonful of olive oil on every meal (easy 80 calories). I used to make a protein shake that had 1200 calories and have it after the workout. Youโll probably feel awful for a bit, but it works.
@GrammarHippy How many ad variations are you running per product at any given time? Do you find a winner and run it til it burns out?
Also, what mistakes do beginners make with the ads? Not testing enough, wrong awareness level, wrong creative, etc.?

I had Gemini "interview" me about the business, content preferences, and target audience. I answered about 40 questions, and then had AI organize that info into content/style guidelines. Then created a custom Gem or custom GPT with that guide and instructions:
"You are an expert marketer with in-depth knowledge of [industry]. Use the Style Guide to create marketing content (blogs, LinkedIn posts and articles, and website landing pages) for our business."
Then, within that custom Gem, I'll have it outline an article. Adjust the outline, and then have it write section by section.
Every article is a new chat.
Then I edit, usually removing the robotic terms, making it more human lol. Add images & internal links.
Most articles take an hour from start to finish. It's 3-5x faster than what I'd do without AI.
Here's how I'm working with AI to create articles that rank quickly ๐
These 3 were published in May and are all ranking on Page #1 for the main keyword.
