6 clubs tried to end English football as we know it and were fined £22m BETWEEN them. Everton have now essentially been fined £52m plus a no doubt hideous figure on legal fees for simply trying to compete with those big boys (sadly failing) and building a stadium. It’s appalling
City bidding £120mil for a player Newcastle had to sell to comply with FFP while still having not had a single punishment for 115 charges. On the day Everton are punished yet again for one overpayment that only occurred because of the War in Ukraine. Football has become a farce
Everton punished again while Man City who have had 115 charges hanging over them for years now are trying to buy Elliot Anderson for 130 million
Sound 👍🏻
Everton overspend by £35m - 8 points and effective £45m fine (Burnley + loss of merit payments)
Chelsea Breach 74 rules - £10m fine
Sky 6 join a Super League - £3.5m fine
Phil Foden scores, celebrates by imitating a gun and firing it at the crowd. No yellow card? Ndiaye pretends to be a seagull, yellow card. Care to comment @FA_PGMOL#PremierLeague#everton
The Premier League have knocked out 10 tweets about a manager leaving in May and still absolutely nothing about fixture times or dates for matches that take place in 5 weeks time.
Don’t always believe what you read in the media, if you want the truth you have to go and look for it…So 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗴𝗼!👀
The Premier League are desperate to control the narrative & spin things to certain journalists & media outlets to suit their own agenda & cover up how incompetent they truly are.
So here’s what they don’t want the media to write. Here’s what’s really going on. Please see the photos or click the link below. #PremierLeagueMakingItUpAsTheyGoAlong
Agreeing to PSR is one thing but having a sanction that isn't written down anywhere and isn't transparent is a huge issue for the Premier League. MPs pointed this fact out to Richard Masters at the recent Select Committee.
🔘 The breach came from interest payments on the new stadium at BMD. It was not on transfers/players.
🔘 Premier League were ok with Everton’s methods the year before when building out of own cashflow but not year after when they changed the rule mid-process.
🔘 A breach of this nature derived no sporting advantage and the commission acknolwdged was not done deliberately or cynically.

A master class in bull$hit from Richard Masters, Managing Director of the Premier League today….
‘The rules are clear…’
Minutes later, when he was grilled on where the 10 point sanction came from…
‘Whilst that may not be clear’

Richard Masters today has shown everyone one thing, that he's a completely inept clown who has no idea what he's truly doing, or the ramifications of his decisions. He is an utter leech and an embarrassment to our sport and its rich history.
“This latest charge covers the majority of the same accounting period as the initial charge and appears to be seeking to penalise the Club, its staff, supporters and the community twice for the same offence – & before the outcome of the Club’s existing appeal is known.” #EFC FAB
Hold on a minute. Surely that's not Rick Parry, former CEO of Liverpool and lifelong supporter of Liverpool on the Premier League team deciding on charges against Everton?
