@XfinitySupport This is the second Internet outage in less than a month. I hope there will be some sort of refund for the inconvenience - specifically when you work from home and rely entirely on Internet.

Several friends who have lived in the suburbs all their lives mentioned they wanted to move to more walkable neighborhoods. Yes, they used the word, "walkable".

People are tired of spending so much time and money on cars. They want mobility options. I think America's auto-centric culture is slowly changing.

People who rant & rage about rules of the road for cyclists don't understand how normies ride bikes.

Sometimes we're on a sidewalk. Sometimes we're in a lane with cars. Sometimes we're in a bus lane. Sometimes we're on a shared use path. Sometimes we're rolling stop signs and going contraflow on a 1-way street.

We're finding paths that have the least amount of conflict with impatient & dangerous people driving cars.

If you're the type whose blood boils at the thought of people getting around on bicycles, neither one of us wants to share space. We want the same thing — fewer conflicts between bicycles & motor vehicles.

We designed a country entirely around car travel, intentionally eliminated third spaces, minimized spontaneous interactions and are now amazed that everyone is lonely and nothing is walkable.

@311DCgov @DCDPW this is unacceptable. Are all of the bridges sidewalks in DC this bad or just the 11th St. bridge? It snowed a week and a half to go. Why is this still not cleared? Now it’s a sheet of ice and incredibly dangerous.

@311DCgov Is there a plan to plow the 11th street bridge any time soon? It’s been essentially unusable since it snowed Sunday. It’s been 5 days. It’s disappointing to see no effort to clear it.
