@boohoo I've paid 9.99 for next day delivery and free returns and I placed an order yesterday which has been dispatched saying it will arrive 15th Nov!!! I needed the items for tomorrow so buying the unlimited next day delivery was pointless!

@eBay so I sold a phone on ebay. Tracked delivery says that buyer collected it on 10th March but because dishonest buyer has said he hasn't received it ebay have refunded him. I now have no phone and no money. ebay do not want to help me. Shocking!!!

@MartinSLewis @curryspcworld clearly haven't improved their customer service following the Black Friday shambles. They have taken £100 of my child's Christmas money, not fulfilled the order and are now impossible to contact ro resolve the issue. Disgraceful

@curryspcworld Apparently their email address does not reply to you so don't bother using that way to complain. Shocking service from this well known company. I would seriously avoid buying anything from them in case you have any problems. They just don't care!
