@gfrancie @LouHaigh@sophmorgTV@RightsOnFlights I second this, but imagine how horrified the country would be if an air crew/ground crew/airport staff broke someone's legs each time they flew, after all that what they do every time they break a wheelchair!
We asked our members to rate their experience from attending A&E departments. They were prompted to select 'neither disagree or agree' if they had not been. 580 people responded. Only 4% of people were satisfied with their experience. More awareness of #FND is urgently needed.
Having booked a wheelchair accessible holiday with @loveholidays I am absolutely dismayed to find this is the entrance to the breakfast room, more non accessible areas in the comments.
I only hope there is a swift complaints process as they will be hearing from me when I'm home
@loveholidays following on from my tweet earlier this week, that you have just DMd me about. Still no reassurance that my hotel accomodation has been secured. My advice to anyone affected is to contact your hotel directly, they will be much more attentive #doipack#willigo
