@MarioNawfal He can't call the police for assault because the dude violated the terms of his probation by having contact with minors. He'd be sent right back to prison.
@no1rabb@currentiyke it works differently over there...they gave him the maximum sentence allowed under law which is the 20 years but they can keep him incarcerated indefinitely if it's determined he's still a danger to society. They don't have life sentences or death penalty in that country
@RealDonKeith The legal term for this is called "felony murder". It's when your actions set up an immediate chain of events that results in someone's death even though you weren't the one that directly caused the death. Not all states have felony murder statutes.
