Building customer intuition together, constantly. Not siloed. Not handed off.

Because when the whole team shares that context, it genuinely doesn't matter who's designing or who's building. You know you're all moving in the same direction, solving the right problems.

2026. What a time to be a designer...
I'm now shipping code on a daily basis 🤯 . Engineers are designing. Founders are building clickable prototypes and dropping them straight into prospect calls.

So how do you, as a product person, keep a grip on what you're actually building?

You can't fight it. You can't be the bottleneck. This is gonna happen with or without you.

What's always been important but now even more so, is making sure everyone in your company is staying super close to customers.

@PES99Classic Stupendous work! One bit of feedback I would make is the crowd noise needs work. Eg. the first goal United get the ball wide and the crowd doesn’t react. A great cross and still the crowd is the same. There needs to be more “anticipation noise” to make it realistic

Arsenal have spent the last few years under Arteta being called bottlers and bridesmaids, now they’re top by 4 points, are perfect in the UCL and have conceded 3 goals in 13 games in all comps and they’re getting stick for being boring.

If they were 4th having let in 16 goals, they’d get dug out for not learning how to win games and titles.
