@JohnRobsmit @AHS_Warranty Hi John, review your contact. I’m in Nevada and state statutes require them to file a status report with the Nevada Insurance Commission if repairs are not able to be completed w/in 3 days for emergencies. AC is considered and emergency in the Summer here.

@AHS_Warranty Don't sign up for them or trust them with anything. We are in Vegas with no AC because they refuse to do they're jobs. It's been 8 weeks of 100° house, no cooking, food goes bad in the fridge, no sleep. They're the worst and don't care about they're customers. Even a little.
