@CrossCountryUK I traveled with you Thursday last week and had an excellent journey. Today however is terrible. 1st class 1625 Manchester to Bournemouth, itโs smelly, no one is around to clear tables and no service. Is there a reason why?

@GWRHelp Hi are you expending nothing to move until 11am? On the 1052 Newbury to paddington. Can see you cancelling in Reading but good to know and eta on when we will move. Driver seems unaware of the cancellation at Reading and time frames.
