@alisonleary1 As an ANP who has worked in primary care, secondary care and the community I would disagree that the DN qualification is a type of ACP. Decision making and length of service is not a marker of advanced practice

@Type1Tony @GPS_Healthcare This is the system doing its “thing”. Nobody has decided it needs review but for safety there has to be a review date on EVERY repeat medication. Send a message to your practice and it will reappear like magic - no review needed (frustrating I know!)

@GbdocTChost Student nurse on placement in theatres and given the task of pressing on an arterial bleed (you can’t let go in this case 😳😳) They thought I was sweating because I couldn’t cope 😂
