@TheGameSheet The eastern Ontario village I live in is essentially a marsh, but our 1870s farmhouse sits at the top of our acre property. You could swim in the bottom corner in the spring! Those 19th century farmers knew what they were doing.

@CanadianKayMD I’ve been using a method for years from a chef friend. Put them on a rack in a roasting plan, top with sliced lemons and steak spice, pour a beer into the pan, cover tightly with Saran Wrap and foil. Roast at 250 or 300 for a few hours. Grill for a few minutes with BBQ sauce.

@AmieVarley @chichakian There is a round the clock technique that can help, the only thing is make sure you do it in the right direction. Lots of videos online. It’s such a tough thing to manage when you are in it!

@kwetoday I do too, but if I am tired it’s too easy for me to say “tomorrow”. I also like not having to figure out my workout for the day. I like that it’s up there on a board and I just follow it.
