@CTVToronto - power seems to be flickering across a large region. Definitely in Vaughan. I’m in Markham and every time my sister says it flickers by her in Vaughan, mine flickers within 2 to 5 minutes later in Markham.

@TTChelps There is a small of gasoline/ diesel in a subway car. Started at Finch West but smells like it’s more prominent since then. At every stop there is a rush of air with the smell. It’s car 5813. Southbound from VMC left just before 2pm.
