@SFC_Stubby @BNODesk No need for a flight plan or manifest. It’s a basic VFR flight at an airshow. I’m a pilot who only flies VFR and I have carried several passengers. I only file a flight plan on cross country flights however it is not required.

Most pilots do not wear parachutes unless they’re doing aerobatics or are involved in military combat. The small plane probably was wearing a parachute, however I highly doubt the bomber was.
