Umm, that may have something to do with the fact that you don’t even see the women who have successful home births. 🙄

As a German, I'm not used to exchanging pleasantries with strangers such as cashiers like that.

It feels kind of fake to ask a question that no one really wants an honest answer to, but I guess it's part of American social norms.

She may not remember, but she does remember all the other things the months prior to the accidental, that would lead up to someone making that decision. And you can piece things together.

@MishKavarnos Defense does not have the burden of proof so you it’s not completely abnormal for them to not have their own witnesses. they let the state mess up their own case or investigation or attack the states witness and discredit them along the way.
