Home Ec students carried out a sensory analysis task to try and differentiate between different chocolate varieties (74% fair trade dark chocolate, 54% luxury organic chocolate and 30% cheaper milk chocolate). Results were then displayed on a star diagram ⭐️🍫👅@Sandym0untPark
