Jet 2 are quite happy that my 2 neurodivergent children were left disappointed about not being able to have some independent time while on holiday but also distressed by the information on booking being misleading. Kids clubs generally do not require parents to stay. @jet2tweets

Do beware of Jet 2 stating the hotel has a 'kids club', as ours was a 45 minute activity with our children, unable to drop them off there to be supervised. Customer service was rude and unwilling to resolve. @jet2tweets
