@EthosReviews reviewed a number of recent public complaints involving @StubHub and @TeamStubHub. While each customer's circumstances differ, the cases reveal recurring concerns around ticket delivery, seller payments, account charges, customer support and dispute resolution.
It started with @PellecerPaulina.
For more than 41 days, she has maintained the same account: her ticket sale was confirmed, ticket delivery acknowledged, payment indicated, and extensive evidence submitted. What has she received in return? The same request. Again. And again. And again. Not an explanation.
Not a conclusion. Not a resolution.
@rossyj publicly stated they had been waiting for a resolution since 8 July, describing themselves as "extremely disappointed" with StubHub's customer service. In StubHub's latest public response, the company acknowledged there was still no update and confirmed the escalation remained ongoing.
@ParaAndy90 said they were informed the night before a Luke Combs concert that tickets purchased in October were no longer available. According to the post, the alternatives offered were standing tickets despite attending with a 9-year-old, or seats they considered unacceptable.
@Jlowe2470 said tickets purchased in May for a concert the following day had still not been delivered despite reaching out several times. StubHub's public response requested another direct message with the customer's order details.
@iford_cs said only one of two tickets had been delivered less than 24 hours before a Chris Stapleton concert, despite already paying for parking, accommodation and planning a six-hour journey.
@Ag3T1bae appealed publicly for @StubHub to speed up delivery of an Ariana Grande ticket, saying they had spent all their money on it. The order status shown in the screenshot indicated "Seller notified" while the event date was approaching.
@Coupe96 alleged they followed every selling requirement, pre-uploaded their ticket and received delivery confirmation, yet were subsequently charged $3,042 for alleged non-delivery following a buyer chargeback.
Another seller shared evidence of receiving a StubHub email confirming payment would be made 5 to 8 business days after the event, yet later alleged they were owed $960 while also being charged $960 to replace the tickets.
@kmoser1976 questioned why General Admission tickets appeared within reserved seating sections and said this only became apparent after payment had been completed.
@Ozzw4Ldo raised concerns about account deductions, alleging there was no way to verify charges being deducted from the account and asking @FTC to review what they described as an unusual practice.
@diversion2018 alleged purchasing premium "Golden Circle" tickets but receiving seats with poor visibility, and further claimed a reseller contacted them directly after the purchase, raising concerns about how their contact details were obtained.
Across many of these cases, @StubHub's public response followed a similar pattern: an apology, a request for the customer to provide their order details by direct message, and an assurance that the matter would be investigated.
These cases document a range of publicly reported customer concerns across different transactions and jurisdictions, with several customers describing delays, payment disputes, ticket fulfilment issues and communication challenges.
@EthosReviews welcomes updates from any of the customers referenced above if their cases have since been resolved. We also welcome a response from @StubHub should the company wish to provide further context regarding these publicly reported experiences.

@BarclaysUKHelp@AskBarclaysUS Thank you @BarclaysUKHelp Iโve sent several DMs to @AskBarclaysUS with no response. As a โmember since 1999โ with this credit card, Iโm extremely disappointed with the lack of support. I donโt feel like a valued, loyal customer.
@StubHub - do you stand by your โfan protectionโ? Because you allowed a HUGE fraudulent purchase on my account and provided no support to rectify. Phone call after phone call, I get told itโs โin processโ or I get hung up on. @Barclays - you arenโt any help either.

@EthosReviews@StubHub@Barclays@TeamStubHub Thank you @EthosReviews !! I appreciate your support! @StubHub has replied to my DM, still giving me the same run around with no resolution. Itโs mind blowing that a publicly traded company can do business this way.
@GNB79@StubHub I had something similar. I donโt know why @dojphofficial or @DOJFraudDiv hasnโt investigated them yet for their practices. I would be happy to provide my records of @StubHub fraud against a consumer.
@rossyj@TeamStubHub@StubHub I get that same response every time I call. They allowed a $1,900 fraud purchase on my acct, then locked my acct for fraud, wonโt verify the fraud for my credit card dispute, but also wouldnโt issue me the tickets so I could try to resell. Over a year, no resolution.

Ty Batusich drove in 12 runs in four games for the RedHawks this week, helping Miami to sweep Western Michigan over the weekend. Batusich's seven hits included a three-run homer Friday that started Miami's comeback in what later became an 11-5 victory.
Over 15 at-bats, Batusich never struck out, came in to score eight times, and racked up 16 total bases. Additionally, he walked three times and took two HBPs.

@BeauIgor@mattdanaher@joecampos The GA teams she played against kept their full schedules. Some teams would be missing their high school players that had game conflicts.
