@sweatystartup Interesting that this post showed up on my feed. I was just talking to someone over the weekend that many years back I remember reading about a study in one of the health magazines that high protein intake in middle age caused increased cancer risk later in life.

@realEstateTrent At what point do you end up with analysis paralysis while other "less sophisticated " buyers end up acquiring properties? This applies to any business. The more you understand, the more you analyze and find problems while the person who doesn't, but has funds, pulls the trigger.

@SamsungUS, one of the rear speakers on Q990D system doesn't work. The online tech couldn't fix it. All it needs is 1 speaker. He wants me to ship (for free), the entire system with heavy woofer back to Samsung. Makes no sense. Just send a speaker! Will be cheaper than shipping!

@realEstateTrent Same as gold. Many, if not most, other metals have more utility than gold. But the thing can survive in shipwrecks for hundreds of years and come out new plus finite availability so humans find "stability" in an ever changing world.

@realEstateTrent Wire is literally a glorified email, one step above telegraph. Need multiple humans to act on it. I had an international wire literally getting lost! Nobody would take responsibility for it. Had to make multiple calls, take help from friends who work in banks to trace it down.
