Big basket service is surging, you order at specific time and they shift suddenly according to their time.

@ola_supports Also, attached is the mode where it asked for payment through upi which I paid. Yet it didn't reflect on the driver app.

@ola_supports my phonepe transaction did not reflect in driver's app. And I had to pay again to the driver. Moreover, the charge was more than what has been billed. In total I paid 297+67 extra. Please process refund at the earliest.
