@PierrePoilievre Your MPs aren’t running to Carney because of anything he’s offering them, they are running away from you.
Read the writing on the wall. You lost the election after a historic lead. You lost your own riding. You are not who the average Canadian wants to lead them.
@PierrePoilievre Sir, you’ve been catering to a small demographic of people who align their beliefs with the far right. That may fly with voting members of the CPC, but the last election proved that most Canadians don’t want that kind of leadership. We’re very tired of the drama. Take the hint.
@patriotist007@mkraju What happened to “Individuals striving to be the best humans they can”? Being a good human means having compassion and instead of saying “whattabout…” you say “None of this is ok.”
@IsaacDovere@CNN Doug Ford is not going to be Canada’s next prime minister. He’s in provincial politics, not federal. And was just re-elected as premier. Where the heck are you getting your info from?
@hermosx@Dude3571@YoMommaLike269@JamesDVB@RandPaul The US can build factories but can’t make aluminum, potash, and nickel - things Canada has that the US needs and standing up factories and domestic supply chains can take years. This is long term pain for a minor gain. It isn’t patriotism, a lot of people will suffer needlessly.
@Dude3571@YoMommaLike269@JamesDVB@RandPaul You’re wrong, more illegals/drugs come from the US to Canada than vice versa. Even if they were “pouring in” from Canada, it’s the US’s responsibility not to let them in. If your border officials can’t keep them out, don’t come after Canadians. That’s a You problem.
@AndrewA7790 @SeanCasGamer@Dude3571@RandPaul It’s like this: Canada is a drug company that encourages people not to abuse it. The US govt is a drug dealer who can’t get enough of the stuff. We meet the demand, but the dealer is greedy so he’s charging the addicts more and blaming it on the company.
@AndrewA7790 @SeanCasGamer@Dude3571@RandPaul The carbon tax & the export of oil to the US aren’t related. The carbon tax is an incentive to reduce carbon emissions (the money is re-distributed to Canadians). We sell more oil because the US needs more and the price is higher because of Trump’s tariffs, not because of Canada.
