@bandq_help We have now spent 45mins speaking to a customer services adviser who isn't empowered or willing to do anything to assist us and solve this problem - all they have offered is to send an email to your supplier.
OK I have a venerable person who MUST have a cooling fan today,
@bandq_help How B&Q chooses to get stock and orders delivered to store is nothing to do with me and doesn't form the contract we have for you to have a cooling fan ready for collection today.
@bandq_help I drove 40 min and arrived at 11.50 to collect the item.
The staff said it hadn't arrived and sent me away telling me to contact your deliver firm which I under stand is DPD.

I made an online purchase in good faith that was due to be ready for collection within 2-3 days - order number 1065634870.
I received an email saying the item would be delivered to the collection store (Chippenham) between 10.38 and 11.38.
