@TSinoplo @WarcraftSecrets Same quests as last year. Players were unable to progress the quests and they just got fixed with Patch 11.2.7. Deck Dismay still appears to be somewhat bugged though.

@Bigmoranx I haven't quit PvP yet, but I'm considering it. Unavailable rewards (medic achievements and toys), rated blitz boosting and wintrading, toy exploits, battleground issues, mmr deflation, and class viability are all steadily pushing me in that direction.

Fun fact (if I can remember accurately): This quest's level requirement was 10 originally, then changed to 27 when Allied Races were introduced, and later changed to 15 with the Shadowlands level squish. Now in TWW this requirement is missing, which is most likely not intended.
