@O2 what has happened to the 5G coverage lately - it used to be ok but for the past couple of weeks the service has been shocking and often I’m finding there’s no service at all. It’s really frustrating!

@ao had one of your delivery drivers park across both mine and my neighbours drives this morning meaning we couldn’t get out to get our kids to school. When the driver came back he was rude and said he could park across a drive as there’s no yellow lines!

@LEGO_Group specially brought my kids to your Westfield Stratford store in London for the Halloween ghost hunt or the Halloween build event as advertised on your website but staff didn’t seem to know about either and I now have two very disappointed kids! ☹️

@virginmedia coming up to an hour waiting on the phone to speak to someone to sort out my broadband/Wi-Fi service which is terrible at the moment and having an impact on my ability to work. Not great customer service

@Oysho really disappointed you sent me out a product bought online with a security tag still on it. Your customer service then treats me like I’m dishonest and does nothing to help resolve the issue and now the item is out of stock! Such poor customer service

@ZARA_Care I’ve messaged several times about an order that I’ve never received but been charged for - your system says it’s been delivered but on a day we were away. It’s seems very difficult to get any help with this and in the meantime you have just taken my money!

@marksandspencer why are items that are marked as in the sale online being sold full price in stores?? I bought trousers that were out of stock online and found them in store but they refused to give the online sale price
