@JayaBellani@Swiggy I uninstalled the app. They refused me refund twice, both times tiring their service failure on to me. I have complained in consumer forum, even then they're not giving my money back
Another instance of @Swiggy cheating.
Order placed by mistake at 7:44 PM → tried to cancel immediately. No cancel option. Reached out on chat → refused refund.
They claim you can cancel within 60 seconds, but make it impossible to do so. Is this legal?

In response to my consumer helpline ticket, @Swiggy offered 500 rs. Conditional coupon for the "inconvenience" they caused during the ordeal my family had to go through. I'm astounded at what is considered appropriate as resolution. @PiyushGoyalOffc@PiyushGoyal@jagograhakjago
Swiggy delayed my order by 40+ mins. When I asked to cancel, they REFUSED refund and forced delivery.
I was made to choose between losing my money or feeding my family. That’s coercion — not customer service.

@Swiggy Tasty lagne ke liye time se deliver bhi toh hona chahiye. You guys deliver everything with 1 hour delay, by then kya spaghetti kya penned, sab ek jaise taste karte hain.

This needs accountability. Not just for me — for every consumer.
