I wonder how beautiful life must be when you don't have trust issues, psychosis, depression, mood swings, overthinking, paranoia, anxiety, detachment, isolation or fear
Nobody likes you when you're depressed.
Plain and simple. We can talk all day about mental health and how important it is, but the moment you are depressed, people start to distance themselves. They see you as negative, a burden, and someone too heavy to handle.
Nobody really cares about your mental health until it starts showing up as anger. When you’re quietly overwhelmed, carrying the weight of everything by yourself, people tell you to “stay strong” and keep pushing like nothing is wrong. But the moment all that bottled-up pain comes to the surface and you stop handling it the way everyone expects, suddenly you’re the problem.
It’s very craży that 70-80 year olds are generally seen as unemployable due to physical and mental decline BUT we're allowing them to run our ENTIRE country.
