@myntra what's this dirty tactics of asking delivery charges at the time of delivery and not informing customer during checkout ?
I placed few order COD, and when it got delivered I paid extra amount of 300 as delivery charges for 2 items, which was not mentioned during checkout.

@myntra as I made payment using UPI, I didn't check that time but later when I open both parcel i realised, I ended up paying extra.
Your customer care agent told this is delivery charge and you have to pay.
