@RazorpayCare @harshilmathur @RazorpayX @Razorpay Has the worst Customer Support and care. Since 22 days razorpay has been going us round and round in a loop and not getting anywhere, after 22 days they start over again, a simple procedure can't be followed by them. #dissapontment @harshilmathur

Can someone @RazorpayX help me out. Theres no way to get in touch with you guys. Apparently RazorpayX credited my salary into wrong account. I thought transation doesn't go through until IFSC code matches the Account number, but in my case salary went through.

@RazorpayCare @harshilmathur I would like to understand you how could RazorpayX even initiate a transaction if the IFSC code doesn't match the account number. According to rules the transaction shouldn't be initiated in first place, where as razorpay has SUCCESSFULLY completed the transaction.

@RazorpayCare Hey Razorpay Care, Haven't recieved a call from your people yet. I have already done half of the work, contacting the bank and getting them to block the money sent to wrong account. Worst customer service you have!
