This is crazy. I know no Indian judge who does not take bribes. You pay bribes to others right in front of the judge. India has no justice system. What it has should be called the Predatory Bribe Collection Agency. @indSupremeCourt
Hi , I am Gulshan Pahuja
Fighting for Judicial Reforms for last 14 years
Delhi High Court has convicted me for contempt of Court and sentenced me to 6 months in Prison
My only mistake is to seek accountability, transparency, swift justice from Indian Judiciary
Out of 21 hearings in my case, Judge was absent in 10. Why
Judges keep giving Dates
Judges do not start court on time & there's no accountability
Corruption inside the courts has been normalised
Things Gulshan Pahuja said to get 6 months in Jail
🚨 SHOCKING! YouTuber Gulshan Pahuja has been sentenced to 6 months jail by Delhi HC for calling the judiciary "TAANASHAHI" & "MANMARZI" (Dictatorship & arbitrary rule) 🤯
He had openly said he expects "no justice" from the Indian judicial system.
He ran the channel “Fight 4 Judicial Reforms".
If even basic criticism of the judiciary lands you in jail, then let’s be honest, Rest in Peace, Free Speech in India.
₹10.77 crore in cash, ₹3 crore worth jewellery, bundles of currency hidden inside mattresses, wardrobes, the prayer room, and even a bathroom flush.
This was allegedly recovered during raids at properties linked to a retired Commercial Tax Department officer. While honest taxpayers struggle and pay every rupee, some people in the system seem to have treated public service like a personal jackpot.
And then they ask why public trust in institutions keeps collapsing.
@FinMinIndia@nsitharaman see the level of corruption in tax deparments, yet you choose to stay calm like as if nothing happened. Wow.
Manoj Madhusudhanan took a ₹1.86 crore home loan from ICICI Bank.
As collateral, he handed over his original property documents. Every homebuyer does this. You have no choice.
ICICI Bank sent those documents to their storage facility in Hyderabad via courier. Somewhere on that journey — Bangalore to Hyderabad — the documents vanished.
Gone. Originals. Irreplaceable.
When Manoj found out, ICICI Bank had one answer: it was the courier company's fault. Not ours.
He went to the Banking Ombudsman. They told ICICI to publish a public notice about the loss and pay him ₹25,000 for the trouble.
Twenty-five thousand rupees. For losing the original documents to a ₹1.86 crore property.
Manoj sent a legal notice. ICICI denied any mistake.
He went to the NCDRC.
The apex consumer court looked at the facts. The bank had taken custody of the documents. The bank had chosen the courier. The bank could not hand that liability to a third party and walk away.
ICICI Bank — India's second-largest private bank, ₹9 lakh crore in assets — was held liable. Ordered to obtain reconstructed certified copies, issue an indemnity bond, and pay ₹25 lakh in compensation.
One loan. One lost file. One bank that blamed the courier.
Save this — if your bank loses your original property documents, they cannot blame their courier agent. The documents were in their custody. The liability is theirs. File at your district consumer forum. The law is on your side.

If you do insider trading, SEBI will ensure that you go to jail. The jail sentence could be as long as 10 years. The financial penalty could be as high as three times the profit made. But if you are a bureaucrat you can get away with anything. 50 top officers purchased land near Bhopal. Within 16 months a Road project was sanctioned through the stretch. And then land use was changed to facilitate crores in windfall profits. @PMOIndia@CMMadhyaPradesh please make an example out of these charlatans. 50 top officers punished in one go will send a stern and serious message to the entire Bureaucracy. In the language of a Respected senior poltician "Ulta taangiye in choron ko".
🚨 In 1999, an Indian lawyer named Tungnath Chaturvedi was overcharged 20 rupees for a train ticket, a very small amount at the time. When railway officials refused to correct the mistake, he decided to take legal action instead of ignoring it, turning a minor issue into a long legal battle.
The case went on for 22 years with more than 100 court hearings before a consumer court finally ruled in his favor in 2022. He was awarded a refund with interest and additional compensation, but he made it clear the case was never about the money.
The fact that the case dragged on for 22 years says a lot about India’s judicial system.
@FinRight@championswimmer I joined after Sep 2014 but the company still deposited into EPS. Subsequent employers did not deposit anything into EPS( which is right thing to do ). Now I am unable to transfer money from old PF account to new PF account(both have same UAN). Please advise what to do.
