@united I did, spoke to numerous agents and no one was able to refund me. Again why sell something that doesn’t work? And if you do, refund the customer.
@united Why sell an upgrade you knew was faulty? While your agents were kind and offered a partial credit, they mentioned a refund wasn’t possible due to policy. Why continue selling something that doesn’t work? This is very poor customer experience. #EpicFail
@united I paid $1299 morning of for an upgrade- someone at United knew this seat was broken hence the yellow sticker. Why market and sell
It? I’d like a refund please. United account: wxf43312
@united Inoperative Seat Yellow Sticker. I have a Red eye flight to NYC. I paid for the upgrade to Polaris so I could lay flat and sleep…only to find this yellow sticker and a seat that won’t recline. #WorkOnYourCX#CX
@united it’s really unacceptable to be waiting over an hour for bags at SFO that have shown that they’ve arrived (AirTag and app) and they’re still not here and the people at the desk don’t know how to help. Flight UA 0059
Come on @united - a delayed flight is understandable but two dirty socks and a used band-aide in the footwell, awful. Not a good start for the SF to Paris flight.
