My sister was on the same flight this morning. After keeping the passengers in the plane for several hours, they cancelled the flight. It’s evening now and she still hasn’t been given any information about ticket replacement/refund/ other flights. @IndiGo6E you are pathetic.

@kkumbhat @IndiGo6E Hi, I was also a passenger on the Delhi-istanbul 6E11 flight. I have (even before this harrowing incident), posted tweets about IndiGo's terrible service. I have also detailed my ordeal on Instagram and I would like to reach out to you to support this class action suit.

I am thinking of suing @IndiGo6E for gross negligence, mental harassment and apathy. In case there are others here who have been affected similarly, let us file a class action suit in National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. I am willing to take the lead here.

I can’t think of a shittier airline than @IndiGo6E - the virtual monopoly they enjoy currently has gone to their head. And how!

My son flew last night from Kolkata to New Delhi to connect to the Delhi-Istanbul flight.

The CCU-DEL flight scheduled to depart at 9 pm left at 10.45

@IndiGo6E had the most disappointing air travel experiences with Indigo. At some point it used to be one of the most reliable airlines with a great customer experience.
In the last month, I have take 1 international and 4 domestic flights and it's been terribly disappointing!

The horror story continues!!
IndiGo flight to Istanbul cancelled (after boarding). Been starving, sleep deprived and exhausted at the Delhi T3 airport for nearly 15 hours!! No intimation yet of what flights we will be put on and no boarding pass has been shared! 😠
