It is a fairly simple game: roll the dice, if you land on an asset you can buy it.
Once you own the asset, you can keep charging the rent indefinitely.
If a player aggregates more assets, he/she will win (99.99% probability).
Why? because owning an asset gives the right to collecting rent indefinitely on an asset.
Well, this is basically India right now:-
Right from Telecomm, Entertainment (IPL etc), Airports, Water, Energy.
Almost all assets are privately owned. Or are in the process of getting privately owned.
And, yes: we are the rent payers.
