@DVLAgovuk My son applied and paid for his provisional license online on 24th July. He then had to send off a form and photo which he did on 2nd August. He still hasn't received his license. It's been over 10 weeks now.

Hi @DVLAgovuk applied for provisional license online on 24th July. Received a form requesting a photo and signature, posted back to DVLA on 3rd Aug. Heard nothing more. Status is showing "In Progress: Awaiting Application Return Form". Any idea whats happening? Thank you.
