1. Ask if *men* are told that surgery and family are not possible. If not, why not? #GenderBias
2. Just normalise it. Keep women surgeons with families visible. Invite women to speak, welcome breastfeeding babies, provide childcare. #RoleModelling
@dazzmiller I think most people are doing their best.Maybe some of those people in the queue are terrified too, but have to travel for work or to get home. Same on the roads. If a photo of you driving your car to work ended up online with a caption asking if essential, wouldn’t you be upset?
