@SummitHealthHQ I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with all my health care professionals at summit that I’ve moved all my doctors my children’s doctors and my father is now moving over. I cannot explain the detail and professionalism each of my drs demonstrate.

@dsw_us Tried to reach out to support twice! I was promised a credit that I never got and then when I went to use it it wasn't there. Tried to reach out to support again which made me feel worse due to #memoryloss support is only being given because you've been called out on @twitter

SO after going back and forth I found out my Dr had to fill out this thing called a #priorauthorization I was also told that once it was done I could get an emergency supply of meds (which I ended up I couldn't) but between @UHC and @Optum I couldn't get any answers so

@askUHC I've tried working with UHC directly since February the only reason I'm getting support now is that I have called out @UHC practices that hurt paying subscribers on a public forum.

So at this point I'm done. I am so upset because at this point @UHC has done nothing to advocate for my care or assist me. I have been paying a large chunk of my salary for coverage I can't use.
