@HavenHolidays3 - jacket been stolen from staff reception at Marton Mere.. not the end to the holiday anyone wants. Police had to be called as taken from a secure area by a member of staff 😤😤
@EDI_Airport why do you not have family queues at passport control?? 2 year olds don’t know the meaning of queues. I asked a member of your staff who informed you took it away so we are not treated as special.. am glad other airports don’t have your way of thinking. Absolute joke
@ABTAtravel can you please advise who is responsible for fire safety in hotel.: Booked a package holiday, this was a room deemed fit for a family - no clear fire exit - not to mention the emergency lights in corridors that didn’t work @jet2
@jet2 can you please ask Philip kilgallon and the rest of the health and safety team if they find this acceptable?? Once I upgraded to family room this was not the case - thankfully- why book families in to these rooms??
@jet2 can you please inform me why you publish fire safety information but don’t take complaints about a breach in safety serious - this was how the hotel expected us to live with a baby for 2 weeks - how is this a clear fire escape??
@jet2 can you please explain why your complaints department think that because the hotel said they cleaned the pool they do.. when actually these photos provided with different dates say otherwise - taken 2 weeks apart
Absolutely disgusted by the customer service @jet2tweets complaints dpt. Logged a complaint with photos 30th of September to receive an e-mail today telling me my complaint was not factual as the hotel rep and management said so..please explain how photos can lie?

@SofologyHelp - absolutely disgusted by your service at the moment. No one reply’s to e-mails, your phone line has not worked in months and the sofa I was due summer time is still not here. Due for delivery again today, no confirmation arrived yest so once again am left without.
