@mwseibel In my experience it’s not even just the multi-tasking but the constant context switching that requires very different „muscles“ to be trained. Feels like a much more powerful but also very different paradigm of doing work.

@danielrachlin @garrytan Might differ with actual complexity, but I found that context management and clear prompting is key. You can't just throw it at the problem, but need to guide it through properly discovering what matters and force it to plan carefully. That's actually where gstack helps a lot.

gstack by @garrytan is one of the most impactful tools I have used in recent times. Makes me + Claude Code at least another 10x faster. But please fix that it still thinks on human-scale. No, a massive refactor won't take 2 days, Claude Code will knock that out in an hour tops.

Strange how no one is talking about Germany backdooring legislation into place that requires every male to ask the army for permission to leave the country for more than 3 months. What a hostile thing to do by a country that, in the past, shot every citizen trying to leave it.

It still has a very weird taste to it. This is in place now, and who knows who will come to power next. All it takes at this point is for someone to decide to enact this. No one really noticed this up until now, so who knows what else they will do in the future.

@FutureJurvetson @GoogleDeepMind Everyone defending VR/AR here seems to be missing the point: it doesn't even matter if that industry picks up or leads to genuinely good and successful products for Meta. It is just that AI is on a whole other level, with the potential to truly transform humanity.

Building with agentic coding tools feels so different... Instead of seeing small incremental progress as you go, you spend hours refining architecture and design documents without anything happening and then see the entire system willed into existing within minutes.

What a time to be building stuff. Just a few weeks ago I spent my day with thinking about how to write code, analyse data, and so on. Now it is only about how to build, prompt, and manage agents that do that. Feels like I went from being an engineer to a behavioural psychologist.

One thing the success of OpenClaw has shown is that there is a lot of value to unlock by closing the loop of currently linear agentic workflows. I think this is needed to get true agency instead of smart but only reactive behaviour.
