@DuncanHenry78 @David_Challen The defence doesn’t have to prove an alternative series of events, they just have to make the jury doubt the prosecution’s version of events. That’s all it takes for an acquittal: 12 jurors who aren’t sure things went down exactly as the prosecution say they did.

@hollins_jasson @CrimeGirI @David_Challen The crime as charged wasn’t the sharing, but the sharing AND the intent to cause distress. So while the sharing was not in dispute, we can be fairly certain the jury were unanimously unable to say they were sure that he had intended to cause distress.

@shahidkamal If you have iCloud Photos then it’s very easy. From Photos on your phone, you can share a photo, select more by swiping left and right on the photo and tapping the ones you like, then Copy iCloud Link. Expires after 30 days. Failing that convert and shrink directly in Finder.
