@IvanNelsin Enig i det - men det er forskjell på teori og praksis her. Politikere (selv selvmenende) er positive, så kuttes tilbudene, de tidligere positive resultatene blir negative, politikerne blir nervøse (eller taper valg), vi er tilbake til straff...
