The observer means that we are not defined by our social labels, physical bodies, occupations, perspectives, or identities. The physical body is your temple, vehicle, or avatar that maneuvers in the 3rd dimension.
Our mind and spirit exist beyond the confines of the physical body they are in the vibrant realms of mental and astral "planes or planets" of existence! Using our master computer, aka the brain, as the sensory to direct the physical body. So, we are the observer, not the body. Mastery is learning how not to react or absorb every experience, and yet we do every single day. This place feels real, but when we "d!e" we actually wake up from the dream state, like a dream within a dream.
We have 5 MAIN sacred bodies, but here are all 8.
The 1st Sacred Body - The Physical/Etheric Body
The 2nd Sacred Body - The Astral Body
The 3rd Sacred Body - The Mental Body
The 4th Sacred Body - The Causal Body
The 5th Sacred Body - The Buddhic Body
The 6th Sacred Body - The Atmic Body
The 7th Sacred Body - The Monadic Body
The 8th Sacred Body - The Logoic Body

True desire isn’t about acquiring something—it’s about filling a lack, overcoming a deficit.
What do you truly lack? Not what you want, but what you genuinely need. That’s where the real problem lies.
