On election day, remember the Dems that distanced themselves from Zohran Mamdani, ignoring the faith of primary voters that chose him. Their distancing is an endorsement of a toxic brand of New York Democrats, and the issue of Mamdani will be a litmus test for primaries to come.
@farbror_mossa@NickKnudsenUS The Salt Lake City metro is decently blue and would likely elect a Democrat, or at least be very competitive, but the current Utah map splits the metro into its four districts effectively shutting down any chances of a democratic victory.
Donald Trump and the Republican Party are unequivocally solely at fault for what's happening to America right now. But the Democratic Party's ignorance is only enabling it. There's a long way to go for things to be better, but the party needs to start walking its talk. (10/10)

I study political science right in the capital of New York. My colleagues and my fellow students all agree- conservatives to progressives- Democrats are failing New York. That doesn't mean vote Republican, that means change our path forward. (8/9)
