cold food as ‘it was delivered in a reasonable’ time. I would hope so as well considering I’m a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. However, the food was still cold and my 3yr old daughter had cold food and no drink. The customer service from uber is appauling.
@ubereats_uk why is your driver not cancelling our order? I managed to speak to the driver and he did not speak English and is now refusing my calls and not replying to my messages

@AmazonFresh your service is diabolical and I will never use you again. I placed and order this morning for delivery between 12.00 and 2pm. At 4pm no delivery and no update. At 4.30pm my order was cancelled. What am I supposed to do now for food tonight? £5 refund does not cut it
I’m interested to read this @bchesky because my experience of @Airbnb_uk has been the opposite. I had to leave a property with 2 young children because of a faulty carbon monoxide monitor (and 1 missing batteries!) & Airbnb are taking no responsibility for my complaint or refund
Disgusting that @Airbnb_uk do not understand carbon monoxide poisoning?! @LondonFire guidance is quite clear. If a monitor goes off, leave the premises immediately and do not return until a qualified professional has checked the property. My wife and small child were at danger
Absolutely disgusting customer service from @Airbnb_uk. Forced to leave a property at midnight with two small children as a carbon monoxide monitor was going off (the one that actually had batteries in 🙄) and stay in a local hotel. Compensation of £35 is really not good enough.
Why are numbers of people returning to the office in London low? Because you cannot rely on @Se_Railway to run a train service. Yet again trains are cancelled / delayed down the Bexleyheath line, even on a restricted service 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@ubereats_uk you are an absolute joke. We’ve been waiting for our food delivery for nearly an hour. Your app has told us that two drivers have been assigned and then our order is cancelled. The restaurant have informed us that our food is sitting on the side waiting collection 🤬
@Uber_Support@Uber_Support your chatbot ‘help’ is about as much use as having your food order cancelled on you at 9pm. Apparently the driver could not get to my address (I’m in London so where was he?!) ….or the restaurant where my food was still sitting waiting to be pick up
